Solicitor – Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Dispute Resolution Worcester Full time, permanent opportunity We are looking for a practical individual to join Talbots as a Solicitor for our Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence with at least 2 years' post qualified experience.
As a Solicitor, you will be advising on a wide range of personal injury and clinical negligence disputes matters, whilst managing own caseload and assisting more senior members of the team on high-value and complex litigation matters.

What the job involves; Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including fast track and intermediate track value Employers' Liability, Public Liability and motor cases.
Advise individual clients on a full range of matters (predominantly litigated) which will include, but is not limited to: motoring accidents, workplace accidents, occupiers/public liability, fatal accidents, industrial disease and historic abuse claims.
As the role involves direct client interaction, an empathic but persuasive approach and a passion for client care is key, with a business development responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
What you need: To have at least 2 years qualified experience of independently running own caseload in personal injury and clinical negligence, from inception to completion.
Working knowledge of running claims through the Damages Claim Portal (DCP), and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portals.
Passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrers with strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
