We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to come and join our Secure Innovation & Advisory area which sits within the Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit here at CGI.
The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator. We work, build and operate bespoke, technically complex, mission-critical systems which help our clients keep us all safe and secure. We bring innovation to our clients using proven and emerging technologies, agile delivery processes and our deep expertise across the breadth of space, defence, intelligence, aerospace and maritime, all underpinned by our end-to-end cyber capability.
All applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (DV) level. Any individual without security clearance is welcome to apply and will always be considered for this or wider opportunities in CGI, where appropriate.
Due to the secure nature of the programme you will be required to be onsite in one of following locations: London, Gloucester or Manchester.
Your future duties and responsibilities As a Senior Software Developer in our Secure Innovation & Advisory division, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to help safeguard our country. You will work closely with clients to exploit new and bespoke technologies, providing them with a competitive advantage. The systems you develop will be built for performance, security, reliability, and scalability, leveraging modern CI/CD tooling and practices.
