You'll work collaboratively with families, multi-agency partners, and communities to ensure safety, stability, and positive outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Assessment & Intervention: Conducting initial assessments and responding promptly to urgent referrals.Safeguarding: Managing and mitigating risks to ensure the wellbeing of children and families.Partnership Working: Building strong relationships with other services to deliver tailored support.Crisis Management: Providing immediate assistance and solutions to families in need.
