About the role Make is a growing digital agency in the heart of East London.
Due to new client wins, we're looking for a Social Account Manager to join our Client Services team, with a focus on client profitability and growth.
We are looking for someone passionate about social and digital media with strong leadership qualities who can inspire a team and delight our clients.
Things we look for in an Social Account Manager: What makes a great Social Account Manager at Make?
It's a broad role and will be both challenging and satisfying.
Some key traits we look for in the role: 2+ years experience in a digital, social or creative agency.
3+ years of social media experience and experience using social media channels for clients and brands.
Experience in creative briefing/ideation, social content planning/scheduling, performance reporting, and end-to-end campaign management.
A strong interest in social media marketing, with a keen eye for social-first creative.
Excellent project management skills.
Process-driven with a strong attention to detail.
Experience working with clients and nurturing quality relationships.
You can lead client calls, manage workflows and are comfortable presenting to clients.
Have a good understanding of financials and account management profitability.
A can-do attitude - a bit of a cliche, but this is true for us, you won't be afraid to roll up your sleeves and help others across Make.

Key Responsibilities: Overall, our Account Managers are integral to the delivery of our work and are responsible for accounts within the business.
Key responsibilities include: Social content planning and scheduling.
Influencer & partnership experience in a paid capacity.
Social performance reporting and trend analysis.
Ongoing identification of social trends and opportunities for our retained clients.
Support on social strategy as required.
Working with an Account Director to deliver client work.
Leading and owning client communication.
You'll be able to solve problems quickly, and efficiently.
Write clear briefs to the relevant teams within the agency including design and paid media.
You'll work closely with the wider client services team to manage workflows and deliver for our clients.
Leading weekly client meetings and ensuring all tasks are managed and completed via our project management tool, Asana.
