Skilled Labourer

Team Collaboration: Work alongside site supervisors and other crew members to support daily operations and meet project deadlines.
Lift Coordination: Effectively communicate with crane operators to guide the safe movement and positioning of loads.
Site Safety: Adhere strictly to site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure all slinging/lifting gear is maintained to a high standard.
Load Management: Assess load weight, balance, and rigging to optimise safety and efficiency.
