Location: Finham Office, Coventry, West Midlands Hours : 45 hours per week What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Severn Trent AMP 8 CSO team, supporting them in the successful delivery of the AMP 8 CSO programme of works.
This programme comprises a minimum of 40 different mid-value sites which require site management.
Your day to day will include: Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various multidisciplinary projects within the industry.
When required, lead a teams of Supervisors and subcontractors to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality.
Ensure implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, ITP's and approval of supply chain RAMS plus other Safe Systems of Works, when specified, in line with Company procedures.
Awareness and input of the commercial performance of the contract via liaison with the Project Manager.
Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside the project planner and project manager.
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if: Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience managing subcontractors value greater than £1m.
Knowledge of NEC forms of contract.
CSCS Card.
SMSTS card.
