The successful candidate will be based at one of our surgeries, Willows Medical Centre and will be a part of a positive and proactive management team.
They will receive support from and work closely with, our Head of Operations, the HR team, the Finance team and our own in-house Digital team in addition to the wider multi-disciplinary staff group which forms the Willows Health family.
Main duties of the job Managing the team onsite Ensuring clinicians have filed pathology results Managing on-site significant events Task Management within the team Monitoring telephony demand/capacity Induction & training for new staff Carrying our probation reviews and appraisals Management of payments for private work Absence management Dealing with complaints About us Willows Health is the largest primary care provider in Leicester with over 65 000 patients across 11 sites, with caring for the health of our patients being at the forefront of what we do.Our mission is to revolutionise healthcare across Leicester, whilst providing quality healthcare by our expertly qualified executive team and clinicians to ensure that not only do our patients receive the right treatment, but also in a timely manner.
