Join us, we're an Investors in People Silver Standard Company Due to expansion, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our busy Landscape Construction team.
Reporting to a Construction Manager, this role will help to coordinate, supervise and direct subcontracted labour on site to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
What you'll achieve: Day to day co-ordination and supervision of direct and sub-contracted staff Management and allocation of resources including plant, equipment, vehicles and materials Overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulatory requirements Supporting Construction Managers in line with our Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards Undertake safety and quality inspections and audits Client communication and relationship building Completing site inspections and maintaining site records Driving outputs and motivating teams Ensuring a high standard of work Mentoring and coaching field team staff What we offer: At Ground Control, we believe in creating an inspirational environment and rewarding our employees for their hard work.
