Our Engineering area is formed by a consolidated team that works nationally and internationally in the basic and detailed design of renewable energy projects. Its mission is to ensure that these designs meet the highest quality standards to maximize the profitability of our client's projects. We also have a specialized team that acts as Property Engineering and supervises the construction and commissioning phases of the projects, reporting the progress of work and ensuring the quality of the work in the different disciplines: civil, electrical and mechanical engineering.
We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our Engineering team in the UK.
The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising construction sites and running construction projects, ensuring that they meet agreed specifications, procedures, budgets, timescales and quality.
The principal duties and responsibilities include the following:
Coordinating, managing, monitoring and taking control of the construction works (Civil Works, Electrical, evacuation infrastructures, transport and electromechanical assembly of main equipment).Optimizing the deadline, budget, quality and HSQE.Managing the correct execution of the work in time, cost and quality.Liaising with clients and a range of professionals, including sub-contractors and vendors.Reporting progress to clients and Project Director via phone calls, written reports and presentations.Coordinating with local and office support teams.Preparing improvement proposals to extend the useful life and increase the safety of people and facilities.Ensuring compliance with the company's standards, in collaboration with the rest of the departments and sub-contractors.Carrying out, coordinating and evaluating the results of the different internal or external audits related to the site under their responsibility.What do we need? Engineering Degree. Electrical Engineering is preferred.Experience in supervision in Photovoltaic and BESS Works: Low, Medium and High Voltage.At least 3 years of experience in supervisory positions in photovoltaic and BESS works.Geographical availability.Driving license.Analytical and organizational skills.People management skills.What do we offer?
