Site Maintenance Handyperson / Fabric Technician Salary: £32 ,000 per annum Location: Salisbury Hours of Work: Mon Fri, 8am 4:30 pm A fantastic opportunity to work for a large sized FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to work at a large commercial site based in Salisbury.
This is a permanent position paying a salary of £ 32 ,000 per annum .
Working Monday Friday, 8am 4:30 pm.

Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out general building repair and maintenance Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture Basic plumbing and small leak repairs Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards L8 works are required on site Candidate requirements; Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.
