The ideal person will have / be: 1 years' experience dealing directly with customers in a premium environment such as retail, restaurant or hotel.
Educated to a GCSE level or equivalent with minimum grade C in Maths and English.
Be a confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
Have a genuine passion for customer service excellence.
Flexible and prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
Desirable: Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage.
2+ years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium environmnet (Retail, Hospitality or similar).
Barista trained would be an advantage.
