Shopper Marketing Manager

About the Role: The Advocate Group are seeking an established Shopper Marketing professional to drive strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and boost sales in retail grocery environments.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies across the UK & Irish markets.
Manage relationships with retail media agencies and key retail partners.
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful execution.
Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize spending.
Lead a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Essential Qualifications: Minimum 3 years FMCG shopper marketing experience.
Proven experience in managing 3rd party retailer media agencies.
Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
