Description :Position Title: Shipping and Invoicing Coordinator Location: Farlough Road, Dungannon Reporting to: Pricing Manager The Shipping and Invoicing Co-Ordinator will collate, undertake pre-checks, book, and invoice all shipping associated with Terex Farlough brands (TWS, TRS and MPS).
You will be required to undertake costing of shipments, book accordingly and tracking dispatches to the point of delivery.
All relevant Customs and Compliance Paperwork is to be prepared in a timely fashion, digitally filed and records accurately maintained throughout the Shipping process.
Up-to-date and effective communications with all relevant parties is an integral part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for all logistic aspects for TWS, TRS and MPSResponsible for Farlough brands equipment invoicingTo include:Coordination of Shipping requirements for appointed Terex brandObtain freight costings and maintaining freight RatesWorking with Production, Engineering and Project Installation Teams to mange the delivery of shipmentsPrepare export paperwork, providing accurate documentation in accordance with relevant legislation, customer and carrier requirementsComplete order invoicing in line with Terex defined processRobust filing of information to ensure Audit and Compliancy of rules & regulationsResolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient mannerBuild and maintain good rapport and excellent relations with key contacts, Suppliers and CustomersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of Terex product according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of orders to internal and external stakeholdersEssential Criteria:Client-focused solutions experienceThe ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in preparing /checking paperwork with minimal supervisionAbility to manage internal, and external customer demands in relation to shipment of complex loadsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present information in a clear and concise mannerStrong numerical skillsConfidently lead a daily dispatch meetingMust have 1 year or more admin experienceMinimum of 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or aboveStrong MS Office skills, in particular excellent proven working knowledge of MS ExcelAbility to meet strict deadlinesAbility to work within a teamDesirable:Experience in a high volume business, shipping to a global customer baseFlexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilitiesExperience in customs formalitiesWorking knowledge of Oracle ERP systemKnowledge of Terex machine brands and Terex compliance proceduresExperience of all modes of transport including Heavy Haulage and Ro-Ro shippingBenefits The Company offers competitive salaries, advancement opportunities, and a full range of benefits, including health care, contributory pension scheme, life assurance cover, employee stock purchase plan, discount card & Referral bonus schemes and access to global learning and development programs offering accredited and specialist training.
