Position Description:The ShareDo Integration specialist will ensure successful implementation of the chosen technology and smooth delivery of related consultancy services to clients. The individual will provide on-site and remote assistance to clients, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and success. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven ability to execute and deliver outcomes effectively. Strong preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience with ShareDo or similar Case Management systems.
Primary Responsibilities:Participate in design workshops and produce design documentation and upgrade plans.Assist clients or partners in implementing multiple technical solutions.Systems Integration with ShareDo via APIs.Configure "work types" through the application and mentor clients on how to do this themselves.Configure forms, workflows, and document templates in a low-code environment.Support sales through product demonstrations and the creation of prototypes.Duties & Accountabilities:Ensure each implementation and all documentation is delivered to the highest quality.Regularly report on the progress of all technical and project-related tasks.Share accumulated technical knowledge with other members of the Consultancy and Support departments.Travel to service clients in the UK and internationally.Complete work outside of normal business hours and on weekends to meet client requirements.Prerequisites:Must have at least 5+ years of experience with ShareDo and Integrations.Have a strong technical acumen who understands system and data architectures.Have a proven track record in designing and delivering ShareDo design, config, and install.Qualifications:Someone who is passionate about business change through technology and the possibilities that a case management can bring to business.Have a strong technical acumen who understands system and data architectures.Have a proven track record in designing and delivering innovative solutions.Ability to run design sessions with senior business stakeholders.Experience in legal systems implementation, ideally case or matter management applications.Personal Attributes:Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a team without constant supervision.Flexible and adaptable team player.Good problem management skills with the ability to see a problem through to a solution.Capacity to learn, assimilate information quickly, and acquire new skills.Analytical approach to work with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks meticulously.About Morae:Morae is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
