The person filling this role will be required to display initiative and an ability to deliver flexibility and changed work practices in line with continuing changing demands in a very dynamic market.
Position:Service Operative Reporting to:Service Manager The Role: All aspects of the posting, cleaning & minor maintenance involved with Adshel, Adshel Live, Station Live, Airport Live, Malls Live & Adbox, including: All activities involved in the posting & cleaning of the Clear Channel small format portfolio Minor maintenance of the Clear Channel small format portfolio Working closely with Building Crew & Maintenance Crew Build a strong & professional relationship with all business partners Support all aspects of operations Ensure all reporting & compliance procedures are maintained Key Responsibilities: Posting & cleaning on Adshel Bus Shelters, Digital Screens & Adbox Minor maintenance as applicable & reporting of other maintenance requirements Work within a team safely and efficiently Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures Carry out the work to the required standard Maintain the Clear Channel portfolio as per each job specification Understand the maintenance tasks including the reading of job lists & addresses Load and prepare your van correctly to ensure a safe & efficient workday Return posters to the depot so they stored safely & in their correct location Ensure all tools & equipment are serviced, maintained & stored correctly in the van ready for daily use Complete all the required documentation within the role on time & accurately Ensure the van is washed & maintained - complete van inspections regularly Report any incidents immediately and accurately Essential Criteria: Ability to prioritise work daily and liaise with other members within the operations team Good communication skills - contact with members of the public, utility companies & business partners Reasonably IT literate Driving licence The Person: Enthusiastic & proactive individual Flexible approach to working hours Work independently under own initiative whilst having experience of working with others Clean Driving License & strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland Self-motivated individual with the ability to successfully organise, prioritise & manage workload Comfortable working under pressure Attention to detail essential Able to understand the job specifications & processes involved in this role Undergo training programmes & update when required Renumeration: Starting Salary £26,700 Structured Salary Review Payable Overtime Bonus Structure Company Van 30 days Annual Leave Birthday Leave Company Pension up to 8% Perks Rewards People Rewards Package
