Candidates will be experienced, respected and qualified leaders in adult services, and you must be highly knowledgeable and credible across the full range of senior accountabilities within the field. Highly developed team management skills are essential, and your track record must include enabling a dedicated and skilled workforce to achieve a step-change in outcomes.
