Early finish on Fridays, giving you more time for yourself 4.5% employer pension contribution to support your future 5 weeks of holiday plus bank holidays for a better work-life balance Ongoing learning opportunities with full training provided Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support your mental and physical wellbeing Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing faults in Secure Innovation products across multiple service offerings Completing routine maintenance and ensuring all work is documented accurately Liaising with senior management and other team members to meet service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Ensuring high standards of operational performance, including improving first-time fix rates Escalating unresolved issues to team leaders for further action Participating in team meetings and completing any additional training as required Keeping the work environment safe, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations Travelling to customer sites as needed to provide on-site maintenance and repairs What we're looking for: Experience using basic hand tools confidently.
Experience in PCB soldering is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Full UK driving licence Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Location: Bourne, UK Training: Attend a mandatory two-week induction at our Head Office in Saltash, Cornwall, followed by further training as needed Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-13:00) Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) Ready to be part of something bigger?
