Job DescriptionWe are working with a Car Main Dealership near Southend who are actively looking for a Service Advisor to join their friendly team.
Strong Customer Service background essentialService Advisor Duties include: Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles professionallyAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers' needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoices For this Service Advisor position you will have: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car garage / main car dealershipEnthusiastic and passionate about the motor tradeFull driving licenceExcellent communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skills Location: Southend
