Senior Support Worker

Senior Support Worker Kettering NN15(Barton Seagrave Area) PERMANENT £13.00 per hour 37.5 hours on Days, inc alternative weekends.
Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and2.30pm-10pm), working 4 or 5 shifts a week.
This includes alternative weekends.
Please note -at present having a UK driving licence is essential.

AND THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES LOOKING FOR 20HRS A WEEK.
A minimum of 12 months UK experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities and ideally have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the 4 Service Users.
This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time hours being available.

Essential Requirements: 12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
Its important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 5.
You will be supported by the management team.
