The salary for this position is £22,972.56 per annum and the position will be based in Lancashire.Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend working.No two days are the same.

We need you to be: Resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people.
Suitable candidates will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting.
Being a Senior Support Worker takes leadership skills, patience and commitment.
