Senior Support Worker x 4 Location : Buckfastleigh, Devon Position Title: Senior Support Workers (Residential) Senior Support Worker (Supported Living) Salary: £27,884.47 per annum with the potential to increase to £29,761.51 as a Team Leader.

The Role Provide personal, practical and emotional support to the individuals we support Provide a safe, comfortable and supportive home for the individuals we support Take responsibility for structuring and organising day to day activities within the house.
Assist the individuals we support to engage with and become valued members of the local community Ensure that the rights of the people we support are always protected and respected Liaise with other professionals on behalf of the individuals we support.
Keep records and participate in administrative tasks.
Participate in the opportunities provided for training and development.
Work within, and promote, the policies and procedures of Camphill Devon Be an active member of the House team Skills and Qualifications NVQ Level 2 (Desirable) Maths and English Grade C and above Experience within a support work role focused on adults with learning disabilities.
