Requirements: Practical operational experience of other HR processes, e.g., talent acquisition, payroll, performance Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model Experience working with HR and Benefits enabling systems: Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, Morneau Shepell's Ariel Experience in coaching others to build capabilities or enhance functional depth Detailed Position Responsibilities End to end operations of benefit programs Communicate benefit plan provisions and processes Document all processes and draft and update Local Work Instructions Drive the implementation of new benefits and benefit design and process changes into operations, process improvement, activities and other projects relating to benefit programs Manage renewals and enrolment windows in partnership with benefits system provider and Benefits Strategy and Delivery Management teams Assist with compliance and governance of all total rewards plans including identifying risks, participating in audits and delivering corrective actions Complete annual Benefit Surveys About Planet Pharma: Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
