Senior Sous Chef Fine Dining MembersClub Our client is a highly prestigious Private MembersClubin London, which is offering £48000 plus bonus for a Senior Sous Chefto run a section in their Fine Dining kitchen.
The kitchen creates and serves dishes, using seasonal fresh ingredients, to the high standards expected by the members.
As a Senior Sous Chefyou will be the number 2 in the kitchen of 15 chefs, involved in cooking but mainly managing the team and doing the paperwork.
You will also ensure that food is cooked and presented as to the high standard expected of this luxury kitchen.
The kitchen is closed at Christmas and Bank Holidays.
The ideal candidate will have: A background in a Fine Dining 2/3AA Rosette kitchen or 5* Hotel.
A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
Confidence and proven experience of management in a similar kitchen.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage the paperwork side of the kitchen.
Great communication skills.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
