Paid Advertising: Setting up and managing paid social media ads, including ad targeting and budgeting.
Content Creation and Curation: Developing engaging, relevant content (text, images, and video) tailored for each social media channel.
Content Calendar Management: Coordinating a content calendar across all platforms to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
Analytics and Tracking: Monitoring key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and reporting on ROI.
Keyword & Hashtag Optimisation: Using keywords and hashtags effectively to optimise social profiles and posts for discoverability.
Influencer Collaboration: Identifying and collaborating with influencers to boost brand visibility.
Social Media PR & Brand Awareness: Collaborating with external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and leveraging social media for public relations and brand awareness.
Multiple Account Management: Handling 11 Twitter accounts, plus additional platforms like Facebook and TikTok, while ensuring consistency across all profiles.
Social Media Trends: Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developing innovative ideas to keep the firm's social media strategy fresh.
Social Media Management Tools: Utilising tools such as Hootsuite , Buffer , and Sprout Social to schedule, monitor, and manage content efficiently.
Skills & Experience: 5 years of marketing support experience, preferably in consumer or professional services.
Proven success in social media management, with a track record of enhancing performance, driving engagement, and managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong writing ability and exceptional communication skills.
Experience with social media automation tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other marketing software.
Familiarity with analytics, keyword optimisation, and influencer engagement.
Excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounts while meeting strict deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively while being confident in taking the lead when required.
