Role Purpose As a Senior Social Media Executive, you'll work alongside a core team of Social Media Managers and Content Creators, as well as Strategy and Creative teams to plan, create, and manage social channels across client accounts and projects. You will be responsible for reactive and proactive community management across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will also be responsible for social media operations including publishing, calendar and asset management, data & insights.
This role is most suited to a candidate who is passionate about audience development, building community in social, and being passionate about social media marketing and internet culture.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Creating contentDeveloping and publishing content that meets brand guidelines and is suitable for different platforms and audiencesHandling day-to-day social media tasks, such as responding to posts and developing discussionsOwning the scheduling and publishing of all content, both natively and through Social Media Management toolsProactively identifying and reacting in a timely manner to tactical & trending opportunitiesCommunity ManagementOwning daily community experience; reactive and proactive community management that builds diehard communities cross-platformMethodically plan and craft all captions, in line with brand TOV, for all publishing plans across all social platformsExtensive copywriting experience delivered consistentlyAnalysing metricsTracking and analysing social media data to improve strategies and understand how to engage the audienceTracking results, compiling regular reports and delivering in-depth analytics to clientsMonitoring trends in social media tools, apps, channels, design, and strategyBuilding relationshipsBuilding relationships with the client and brand partners to get the best out of the workManaging campaignsDeveloping, launching, and managing social media campaigns and competitionsBackground and experience: Experience and understanding of all core social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and PinterestExperience developing social media strategies and building robust engaged communitiesExcellent copywriting skills that take into consideration a client's tone of voiceExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to wrangle data into actionable insights to drive growth and enhancement of a clients' social footprint.Other InformationWhat's in it for you?
