Ensure on-site safety standards are met by collaborating closely with the Safety Department to uphold all client, OSHA, and corporate safety policies.
Maintain quality assurance and compliance with drawings, specifications, and local codes by working with the site superintendent and project management team to implement an effective quality control program.
Participate in post-bid review and project kick-off meetings.
Collaborate with project management and internal departments-including safety, estimating, accounting, payroll, billing, and document control-to ensure project success from initiation through closeout.
Attend progress and coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot potential issues, discuss design inputs, address scheduling concerns, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor daily reports from superintendents and ensure weekly progress photos are completed.
Work with the project management team to communicate and secure approval from the owner for any changes in work scope that impact cost and schedule before implementation.
Direct project superintendents, assistant superintendents, and administrative staff as needed to ensure proper documentation of any changes.
Manage, supervise, and mentor team members to effectively run multiple projects and phases, while ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.
Participate in monthly progress/status update meetings, reporting on project status, schedule, budget, and any potential risks or opportunities to company leadership.

Diverse experience in industrial, institutional, and commercial new build projects.
Highly skilled in interpreting construction specifications and drawings.
Advanced understanding of all trade disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage systems.
Ability to comprehend all aspects of large, complex projects.
Strong delegation skills with a focus on following up to ensure task completion by team members.
