Job Description Job Title: Senior Service Advisor Location: Dungannon M1 About the Role: Donnelly Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team at our Dungannon showroom.
In this vital role, you will be the main point of contact for our service customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and communication every step of the way.
You'll work closely with our Sales, Workshop, Parts, and Service departments to deliver a seamless and professional service experience.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a reliable liaison between customers and the service department, addressing vehicle issues, coordinating repair timelines, and ensuring customers are informed and satisfied.
Provide exemplary customer service by listening to concerns, clarifying needs, and offering solutions that exceed expectations.
Proactively promote our service offerings and special promotions, encouraging customers to take advantage of available offers and build loyalty to the Donnelly Group.
Conduct follow-up calls to strengthen customer relationships, foster loyalty, and secure repeat aftersales service.
Collaborate with Sales, Workshop, Parts, and Service departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
What We're Looking For: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in a customer service or advisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
A proactive and sales-minded approach to identifying customer needs and promoting service opportunities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
A full driving licence is essential for this role.
