We are looking for a Senior Security Awareness Specialist to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave, where you'll drive initiatives that help GXO employees worldwide become more security aware and responsible.
We are flexible on location due to this position being predominately remote.
There may be the occasional need to come to our UK Head Office in Northampton or European Head Office in London.
Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

What you'll do on a typical day at GXO: Develop and execute educational campaigns to foster security awareness and behavioural change across global teams Create engaging security training materials, translating complex information into clear, accessible content Manage the deployments of our Information Security e-learning and training as part of GXO's annual compliance education programme, reporting on training compliance Collaborate with internal teams to enhance security behaviour monitoring and communication strategies What you need to succeed at GXO: Strong experience in Information Security, Learning & Development, or related fields, with at least 2 years in Information and Cyber Security Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical content Proven experience in creating innovative campaigns and working with internal stakeholders to drive security initiatives Proficiency with platforms like SharePoint, Excel, and design software (e.g., Adobe, Final Cut Pro), and SSAP qualification would be advantageous but not essential We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
