Principal Recruitment Consultant- Construction, Property & Real Estate Salary up to £65k + Commission + First Year Guarantee + Equity London (hybrid) - 4.5 Day working week I am currently looking for a 360 Senior Recruiter who would relish the opportunity in building, establishing and joining one of the fastest growing construction agencies in the U.K.
This is a warm already established market which has been built for over 20 years.
They are hiring this role because the company have warm and established relationships with senior construction clients, needing a recruitment lead to manage these existing relationships relationships and grow the market further in London.
Key Sectors include: - Construction & Engineering - Civil Engineering - Facilities Management - Renewable Energy - Consultancy Practices The Role: You will be handling the entire recruitment life cycle from initial contact to aftercare.
You will also be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes and having a "never die" attitude.
This includes: Candidate & Client identification and interviews Due to the nature of renewables space there will be a large emphasis on creating long term relationships with both client and candidate Working on a retained basis and at times contingent Advising and feeding back to candidates In person meetings Attending events New business development Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these Lead generation through relationship building Growing a team in future Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for What we are looking for: This is an opportunity for an experienced construction recruitment consultant with 3 years or more experience.
The ideal person will: Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting Ideally you will have 3+ years or more of recruitment experience (Open to background).
