Location: Woking, Surrey Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant Sector: Renewable Energy Salary: £30k - £40k basic (£75k OTE) About the Company: Talent Chief Ltd is delighted to partner with a Recruitment Agency in Woking dedicated to driving the UK's transition to renewable energy by connecting innovative talent with industry-leading organisations.

What is the role?
Since the UK's budget for renewables tripled in July 2024, the need for professionals in the sector has grown drastically.
As a result, the company is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy market in the UK, strong recruitment skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with organisations that are making a positive impact on the environment.
They will also have an established network within the sector, and be able to win their own clients and service them accordingly.
Strong communication and resilience is a must Key Responsibilities: Win, Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the UK renewable energy sector, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top candidates in the renewable energy field across various disciplines, including wind, solar, and energy efficiency.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to the UK renewable energy landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Mentor and lead junior recruitment consultants as the team grows, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably within the Renewable Energy sector.
Proven track record of billings within the industry Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and key players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to commute to Woking at least 3 times per week.
