In this role, you'll focus on recruiting for all Practice roles across the North West.
Responsibilities: Business Development: Cultivate relationships with new clients through phone outreach.
Client Engagement: Attend business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
Relationship Management: Nurture existing client connections and identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and match candidates to meet client recruitment needs.
Effective Advertising: Craft compelling job vacancies to attract top-tier candidates.
Interview Facilitation: Prepare candidates for interviews.
Negotiation: Facilitate offers between clients and candidates.
