Someone who backs themselves to be in front of customers and grow a business.
They're currently on all the frameworks and PSL's across Public Sector (and quite a few private sector) for Tech, and are getting numerous requests for A&F candidates from their very warm and loyal customer base.
You will come in as the industry expert for A&F and shape this division and grow it as you see fit.
This isn't a get rich quick scheme, and neither is it a 'we'll give it a go and if it doesn't work we'll can it' move either It's a well thought, well funded (they're doing very well with contract/temp numbers and a really consistent perm business) and well supported opportunity.
