Senior Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Country Manor • Windsor, Berks • Up to £90,000 + Full Package • December 2024 • Permanent A leading principle contractor require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the site team for their magnificent £60 refurbishment of a country manor property in in near Windsor.
This project will be the reconstruction of the home with stone walls instead of modern methods.
The property will include subterranean leisure facility, outdoor pool, annexe, woodland cabin, garden pavilion and extensive external landscaping.
Your surveying responsibilities will include: • Procuring & negotiating subcontract packages • Placing subcontract orders, • Carrying out subcontractor valuations, • Authorising subcontractor payments including issuing all relevant notices • Managing & controlling variations • Issuing all relevant notices as deemed necessary to both subcontractors and client • Final account settlements This role represents a fine opportunity to join a stable £200m principle contractor who deliver a wide variety of schemes including new build, heavy and structural refurbishments, and fit out.
The majority of their projects are within the commercial, retails and leisure, heritage and listed buildings, and prime residential.
If you are a versatile and client facing Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 10 years' experience then this company could be the ideal fit for you.
An academic qualification in Commercial Management or RICS would be welcomed.
