Responsibilities :Oversee and manage the financial aspects of the project, including cost estimation, cost control, and cost reportingMonitor and track project costs, assessing any changes or deviations from the original budgetFamiliarity with the NEC change and cost process is essentialPrepare accurate and detailed reports, providing valuable insights on project progressCollaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligationsLiaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any commercial issuesProvide expert advice on contractual matters and help mitigate risksConduct thorough assessments of contract documents and identify any potential issuesStay updated with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying and civil engineeringBenefits:Competitive day rate of £350 - £430 per day Hybrid working model with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week once fully settled inTo apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV to
