Responsibilities :Oversee and manage the financial aspects of close out of projects including reconsiliationCollaborate with Senior Quantity Surveyors to ensure project objectives are metMonitor and track project costs, assessing any changes or deviations from the original budgetFamiliarity with the NEC and able to work on bespoke forms of contract, change and cost process is essentialPrepare accurate and detailed reports, providing valuable insights on project progressCollaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligationsBenefits:Competitive day rate of £375 per day Hybrid working model with the opportunity to work from home two days per week once fully settled inTo apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV to
