Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Quantity SurveyorI am working with a well-established Rail & Civil Engineering Main Contractor, who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The successful candidate will be working on a portfolio of multidisciplinary light rail projects, based from their site office in Birmingham.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:Reporting directly into & supporting the Senior Commercial ManagerCommunicate with the project team to raise commercial awareness and embed commercial focusResponsible for contract documents, including BOQ's, specifications and drawingsExperience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:6+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of rail/M&E/telecomsExperience on projects involving rail/civil engineering/utilities/groundworksRelevant degree or qualification in the fieldPackage offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:Up to £65,000 per annumCompetitive benefits package available.
