Senior Project Planner – Hybrid – Salisbury - £60,000 Have you ever left a legacy where you worked?
Maybe a bit cliché, but you'll know from your experience that different processes you've help establish have had different levels of impact.
This position will see you as the senior planner.
You'll be working within a growing SME that design and manufacture UAV platforms for the MOD.
They are 200 heads with goals of getting closer to 300 by the end of next year.
That's some pretty impressive growth and a recent buyout has given them the resources and capital needed to get there.
But as headcount and capability grows internal infrastructure and processes need to as well.
This is where you come in.
You'll work very closely with senior leadership team to establish a whole new PMO.
You'll be their right hand person and deputise in their absence.
They have an excellent Project Management team who have a really open mind and cohesive culture ready to be guided by a solid planner.
The difference this role can make is immeasurable given a large part of 2025 is going to be around the smooth delivery of large statements of work.
Experience needed Several years in a similar role Exposure to Defence / Aerospace / MOD ways of working in an Engineering environment An ability to change communication styles and get people bought in to something new This role isn't just about crating a new PMO.
A process is nothing unless adopted.
