Senior Project Manager Essex Full Time, Permanent Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager.
You will have the opportunity to join a fantastic build team supporting the business on a number of projects across the Healthcare, Leisure and Education sectors.
What will you be responsible for?Overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetsLeading and motivating the site team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe working environmentCollaborating with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordinationImplementing rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are metKeeping a sharp eye on health and safety compliance, fostering a culture of safety on-siteProviding reports and forecasts for the projectFulfilling contracts What are they looking for?Significant experience in leading on projects 30m+ Experience from the pre construction phase through to handoverExperience of managing project budgets and programmesExpert knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts SMSTS, CSCS, First AidInterested in the opportunity above?
