The Senior Project Manager will steer and manage technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with the client.
You will have experience in technology (CMS/DXP) and UX/UI design and design systems projects, experience in leading multiple skill sets and experience and pragmatic approach to pm tooling and methodologies.
The role is fully remote and home based with the opportunity to travel, they have offices in the US, London, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities Independent planning, coordination and implementation of complex digital (e-commerce) projects, always keeping an eye on the fulfilment of milestones.
Control of relevant key figures and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure that the project scope is realized on time and within budget, including project-specific tender preparation and project controlling.
You are a central interface in the communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our implementing expert teams.
When advising and supporting our customers, you will impress them with your confident, proactive and authoritative manner.
Use your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling and reporting.
Leadership of an interdisciplinary project team on a day-to-day basis and maintaining regular, close contact with the project team in different locations.
You: You have at least 5+ years of experience in managing complex digital or e-commerce projects, ideally also on medium to large accounts; You have relevant experience in an agency or consulting firm; See yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal; Speaks the language of developers and designers; You have a good command of the methods and tools commonly used in project management and use them in a pragmatic way; You already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods (waterfall to scrum and kanban) and tools (e.g.
