They are passionate about creating enriching experiences for students and are looking for a dynamic individual to lead a small team in creating and developing new innovative product to drive future growth.
Senior Product & Purchasing Manager - Role & Responsibilities: Leading and managing the product and purchasing team Developing and implementing strategies to maximise commercial performance Negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms with suppliers for specific geographic regions Oversee health and safety audits, ensuring adherence to School Travel Forum guidelines Collaborate with internal departments (sales, commercial, operations, etc.)
Travel to destinations for product development and contracting purposes Senior Product & Purchasing Manager Skills Required: Significant experience at a manager level in a similar role within school or group travel Strong destination knowledge in Europe and/or the USA Proven management skills with experience leading a team Creative, innovative, motivated, and possess a can-do attitude Strong commercial and negotiation skills Fluency in a European language preferred – French / Spanish / Italian Ability to travel as required – circa 4 to 6 overseas trips per annum A clean driving license Senior Product & Purchasing Manager - Additional Details: Competitive Salary Benefits include birthday day off, pension scheme, learning and development days Hybrid in Sussex working 2/3 days in the office Please apply for the position of Senior Product & Purchasing Manager online or email cv to ******
