As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will: - Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies.
- Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users.
- Advocate for patients, employees, and consultants, supporting junior team members.
- Deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse and lead clinical shifts when required.
- Provide individualised patient care with excellent standards.
- Safeguard patients and uphold professional conduct as per NMC and HCPC guidelines.

The ideal Senior Registered Nurse will have: - Registered general nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
- Valid NMC Registration and Mentorship Qualification.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability and excellent clinical knowledge.
- Basic workload and shift management skills.
- Proficiency in PC use and 18 months post-registration experience.
