Position :Senior Physiotherapist- North East Care home : Multisite covering three services across the North East region (MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE AND ACCESS TO A CAR) Location : Tees Grange - Stockton-on-Tees, Hylton Grange - Sunderland & Tyne Grange - Newcastle upon Tyne Contract type :Full time permanent position Rate :£40,000 per annum Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with a positive and can-do attitude?
Join us as our new Senior Physiotherapist working across three complex care services within the North East.
As a Senior Physiotherapist with us, youll lead a Therapy Team across the North Eastto provide a high-quality physiotherapy service.

About the role Our Senior Physiotherapists provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions tosupport people to maintain optimal muscle function, limit/delay deterioration and regain movement and mobility where possible.
Youll work as part of a wider Clinical Team to create person-centred care and rehabilitation plans that maintain and build peoples abilities, support them to achieve their physiotherapy goals and evaluate their outcomes.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: being responsible for a clinical caseload working alongside the people we support, their loved ones and professionals to develop and deliver person-centred physiotherapy interventions leading and collaborating closely with the Therapy Team (Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant and Activities Coordinators) carrying out assessments maintaining accurate records for people receiving physiotherapy promoting choice, dignity and independence.

Youre someone who also has: a thorough understanding of physiotherapy best practice the ability to demonstrate an excellent range of physiotherapy interventions and treatments great leadership skills , able to inspire and motivate a team a kind and caring approach a sense of humour and fun a positive, can-do attitude lots of enthusiasm to encourage and motivate others creative thinking and sound organisational skills great listening and communication skills.
