The role of Senior Chef De?
Partie : Cooking?seasonal?classic European cuisine, using quality?fresh?ingredients .
Oversee the pastry section, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency .
Take a hands-on approach to food preparation, ensuring that dishes are executed to perfection and in accordance with established standards.
Take responsibility for maintaining impeccable standards of food presentation, taste, and safety within your station.
Train and supervis e all Demi and Commis Chefs in the pastry section, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Working as part of a?professional team within a well - organised kitchen .
We're looking for a Senior Chef De?
Partie ?who: Has previous experience as a Senior Chef De?
Partie or Chef De Partie within a similar kitchen be environment fresh food and high volume.
In-depth knowledge of classical French cuisines , pastry techniques, and food safety standards.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team .
Is able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy kitchen environment .
Has the Right to Work in the UK .
