Job summary Modality LLP is alarge-scale provider of NHS and private Outpatient Services, renowned for itsinnovative approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiringspecialist care, leading to high-quality patient outcomes.
We work inpartnership with a number of hospitals across the country to collaborativelyredesign outpatient services with more care being delivered in communitysettings.
We also deliver private care for patients with private medicalinsurance and for self-pay patients.

The post holder will be responsible for working alongsideclinicians, back-office teams and marketing partners to ensure delivery ofhigh-quality services for self-pay and private medical insuranceclients/patients.
The Senior Operations Manager will also be required tointerface with the senior management team of Modality NHS services.

Person Specification Skills Essential Highly organised Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with partner organisations Extensive experience of working in an operational environment Extensive experience of managing large teams Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Strong leadership/management skills Ability to lead complex negotiations with internal/external partners Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent IT skills Experience in developing and implementing services Personal Qualities Essential Flexible can do attitude with a confident, friendly and approachable manner Able to work autonomously and take direction and feedback To confidently deal with complex issues including effective negotiation and influencing skills and escalate to the appropriate person/forum accordingly Creative approach to work Confident in presenting information/updates to stakeholders Ability to remain calm under pressure Willing to travel nationally, where required Knowledge Essential Extensive operational experience in a relevant senior role within the NHS and/or private sector Degree and postgraduate level educated or equivalent experience Experience of working in a healthcare environment in a similar capacity, preferably within the private sector Good understanding of the national and local context around NHS, self-pay and private medical insurance services
