This is a communitybased post and although the role is based in Mid Devon, post holderswill be expected to be able to travel covering the whole of Devon, andoccasionally out of the county.The team values arole which is fast paced and employs the use of holistic nursing where we lookat the needs of the person.
The nature of the role is autonomous andchallenging but the benefit of supportive colleagues.
