We are looking for a Senior Medical Writer to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for: Developing an in-depth scientific knowledge of allocated accounts and using this to shape the communications for client brands Taking the lead on scientific discussions with medics and external experts Developing content for more complex projects, and those not worked on before, with minimal supervision Understanding brand strategy and ensuring messaging and content are aligned Collaborating with internal colleagues, including account managers, creatives, editors and medical strategists, to ensure the seamless delivery of projects Sharing knowledge and expertise, providing expert advice and guidance on brands and therapy areas to internal stakeholders Staying updated on industry trends, guidelines and best practices to inform and enhance the quality of our medical writing With a deep interest in science and medical communications, we believe someone with the following experience could be a good match for this role: An undergraduate degree in a relevant science (essential) or a postgraduate qualification or PhD (desirable) Proven experience in medical writing within a medical communications agency or similar environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Cognite's agency principles of Quality , Commitment , Responsiveness and Togetherness define how we collaborate with our clients as a valued and supportive thinking partner while working with each other as part of a united team in which everyone plays an important role.
