Role purpose: As the Senior Marketing Manager for the group's largest brand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
You will lead a skilled team of three marketing professionals, promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration while ensuring alignment with the overall business goals.
You: 5-10 years of UK experience in leading innovative marketing strategies for a Blue Chip branded FMCG.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and effectively manage teams.
Capable of guiding a marketing team to achieve high levels of business performance and professional growth.
Excellent market research and analysis skills to identify trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.
