Senior Manager Maintenance

As Senior Maintenance Manager, you will develop and implement maintenance strategies for optimal equipment performance and oversee the maintenance functions of the warehouse automation system, leading a team responsible for training, reliability, and planning.
Your responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, ensuring safety compliance, managing budgets and resources, driving process improvements, and fostering collaboration across departments.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in warehouse automation systems (to include conveyors, sortation systems, automated storage and retrieval systems) and maintenance programs; strong team leadership; and a focus on operational efficiency and safety.
This role involves overseeing daily material handling equipment operations and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex, highly automated, high volume logistics environment.
