About You The ideal candidate will bring: * Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within an accountancy practice.
* Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* A strategic, growth-oriented approach to work.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
