Looking for the next step as a Senior Lifeguard?
4 Leisure are currently looking for a full-time Senior Lifeguard to join the team at a leisure facility in the South West London area.
Known as London's best kept secret, 36m long heated swimming pool, learner pool dedicated to children and parents, fitness studio, sun deck café, concerts, events, and BBQs!
Key Responsibilities for this role include: Oversee lifeguard rotations and ensure all safety protocols (PSOP) are followed Monitor water quality and maintain high health, safety, and security standards Provide a welcoming, helpful atmosphere for visitors, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction Motivate and support the lifeguard team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment Occasionally step up to cover shift responsibilities in the absence of the Duty Manager The successful candidate will ideally hold the following qualifications or be willing to undertake: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) Enhanced DBS Benefits of working at the site: Opportunity for progression Free soft drinks on duty Reduce meal cost Free parking on site Free use of facilitiesEmployee discount scheme Please note, shifts available cover a mixture of times including early, daytime, evening, and weekends.
